The Community Association Institute
The nationally recognized leader in educating board members, managers, legal

associations. The Institute was founded in the early 70's by the Urban Land
Institute and other interested parties as a forum to bring together builders,
developers, homeowners, management companies and others who had an active
interest in the growing area of planned communities. C.A.I. regularly sponsors
